25 1st Sub Committee Meeting.

The 1st meeting of the heads of the 20 sub committees of CYG Pune 2008 was held on 25th April 2007. The meeting was chaired by Mr. Suresh Kalmadi, MP & Chairman, OC. The members were briefed about the Youth Games and the broad functions of each sub committee were explained. The tentative Terms of Referance of each sub committee were handed over to the respective heads for their perusal and action. Each sub committee keeps in contact with the OC through their respective Co Conveners from the Secretariat.

Each Sub Committee is now holding meetings and implementing the tasks assigned to their committee.
